Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any product that is damaged or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us safely. Please include the return authorization number on the package to expedite the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging. Additionally, any products purchased more than 7 days ago are not eligible for a return.
